AZERBAIJAN BECOMES VICTIM OF ITS OWN LIES

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Army never initiates
preemptive attacks and it is for preventive actions. The Minister
of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan stated this
at the course of the briefing with the journalists held on December
10. Also, the Minister underscored: “We never violate the ceasefire
regime ourselves, but we must respond, when our neighbors violate
it. They lose their vigor, when we give a worthy response to them.”

Among other things, Seyran Ohanyan highlighted: “2014 was a quiet
intense year for the Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh. There
have been various subversive and reconnaissance actions. Actually,
carrying out the defensive functions is not the only function of the
Defense Army, but preventive actions as well, which, in many cases,
are carried out outside of our territory. The reason must be found
in the provocations of the Azerbaijani side and the rival must be
conscious of its own guilt.
