KARABAKH 2015 DRAFT BUDGET SUBMITTED FOR PARLIAMENT APPROVAL

STEPANAKERT, December 5. /ARKA/. The 2015 draft budget of
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is submitted for parliament approval,
the press office of NKR’s parliament reports. The 2015 socioeconomic
policies aim at economic development, stable growth rates, well-being
of the entire society and development of institutions to promote
statehood-building and defense capacity, minister of finance and
economy Spartak Tevosyan said at parliament commissions’ meeting on
Thursday. The draft budget envisages 83 billion 246 million drams in
receipts, 88 billion 127 million drams in spending and 4 billion 881
million in deficit, the minister said. NKR’s premier Arayik Harutiunyan
talked about the key directions of the government social and economic
policies and provided clarifications on the draft budget.

The draft budget discussions are to start on Friday December 5,
said vice-speaker Artur Tovmasyan. -0–
