ARTHUR GHAZARYAN: US IN FACT RECOGNIZES INDEPENDENCE OF KARABAKH
The United States in fact recognizes the independence of Nagorno
Karabakh (Artsakh), political scientist Arthur Ghazaryan told
journalists today.
In his words, Artsakh’s independence is recognized at the level of
U.S. states, and the local authorities of Australia. “There have been
no such cases regarding Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Crimea,’ he said,
noting that the independence of Artsakh should be recognized along
with Northern Artsakh’s borders.
