Tbilisi: Minister Of Internal Affairs Met With The President Of Arme

MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS MET WITH THE PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA

Within the frames of the official visit to the Republic of Armenia
Minister of Internal Affairs met with the President of Armenia Serzh
Sargsyan. At the meeting sides discussed issues of cooperation between
Georgia and Armenia in the field of law enforcement, reports GHN
based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Within the frames of the visit, Minister of Internal Affairs held
meeting with General-LieutenantVladimer Gasparian- the Chief of Police
of Armenia, who awarded Mr. Tchikaidze with medal for developing
international cooperation between law enforcing agencies of Georgia
and Armenia in police sphere.

Minister of Internal Affairs also met with director of National
Security Service of Armenia Gorik Akopian. At the meeting sides
reviewed issues of bilateral cooperation and future plans.

Official visit to the Republic of Armenia has completed.
