France ready to cooperate with Armenia in nuclear power plant
construction, Ambassador says

France is ready to cooperate with Armenia in the construction of a new
nuclear power plant, newly appointed Ambassador of France to Armenia
Jean-François Charpentier told reporters on Wednesday.

Asked whether France will assist Armenia in the construction of a new
nuclear power plant, the diplomat said that so far, the Armenian
government has not made such a proposal.

The Ambassador said that the French companies know this job well and
they are willing to cooperate with Armenia if they receive such an
