The opposition-promised “hot autumn” is said to be the authorities’
initiative.

The ruling circles are “staking on” individuals supposed to form the
core of Armenia’s future authorities. Among them is Armenia’s Minister
of Defense Seyran Ohanyan. The authorities hold great expectations
about him and seek to “make a premier out of him.”
