ICRC to visit Azerbaijanis detained in Armenia

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will visit
Azerbaijani citizens Dilgam Askerov and Shakhbaz Guliyev who were
detained in Armenia, according to ICRC spokeswoman Ilakha Guseynova,
