Commandos: Azerbaijan will lose war

The Armenian side should make a preventive attack, not wait until
Azerbaijan attacks, Artsakh Liberation War Hero, Major General Arkady
Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) told reporters in Yerevan, adding that he
does not propose starting a war, but “not to wait is a military rule.”

Asked how long the relative calm, achieved after the Sochi meeting,
will last, he said that Azerbaijan will escalate the tensions again in
the future.

Speaking about the latest events, Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan noted that we
saw that Aliyev’s advisers are absolutely incompetent in warfare.

“If the war resumes, they will lose it,” he stressed.
