HRAPARAK: ARMENIA SHOULD RELY ON ITSELF ONLY, EXPERT SAYS

Political scientist Levon Shirinyan has said that Armenia should
rely on its own forces only in the defense of its borders. Russia
is fulfilling its commitments, while the rest is up to Armenia,
Shirinyan told Hraparak newspaper.
