Artsakh leader awards medal to French politician

Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic President Sahakyan signed a decree
on awarding the Gratitude Medal to French politician Emmanuel Mandon
for his active support in the implementation of various humanitarian
programs in Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the Artsakh
