Ethnic Armenian soldier Baghdik Keshishian killed in Aleppo

There has been intense fighting between the Syrian army and rebel
forces in Syria’s Aleppo and neighboring districts over the past two
weeks. Gunfire is constantly heard in Armenian-populated districts of
Aleppo, according to the Facebook page of Perio News.

There are reports of casualties. It is reported that on April 18,
soldier of Syrian army, ethnic Armenian Baghdik Keshishian, 22, died
in Leramun district of Aleppo after receiving a head injury in
fighting.

Aleppo’s Armenian populated districts came under rocket attacks during
the past week. On April 16, soldier of Syrian army, ethnic Armenian
Gogo Ashnaglian was killed in Ramusie district of Aleppo.
