TURKISH SPEAKER TO OFFER KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT CAPITOL HILL ARMENIAN GENOCIDE OBSERVANCE

Armenian Genocide, Capitol Hill, Ragip Zarakolu

Ragip Zarakolu, a respected Turkish human rights activist and outspoken
champion of Armenian Genocide affirmation, will travel to Washington,
DC to speak at the April 9th Congressional remembrance program,
the Armenian National Committee of America reports.

Mr. Zarakolu has been writing and publishing about the Armenian
Genocide since the early 1990’s. His ‘Belge’ print house has published
over ten volumes on the topic, for which he and his family have been
consistently persecuted and jailed by Turkish authorities.
