Raffi Hovhannisyan “passed the limit” (video)

Heritage party president’s speech at “I am against” meeting was not
only against mandatory funded pension system. He demanded the
resignation of Serzh Sargsyan, noting that “if I passed the limits, I
am sorry”. He referred to the fact, that the organizers of the meeting
had said, that they didn’t want to hear political speeches during the
meeting.
