PAP was directed by Serzh Sargsyan – Armenia opposition member

YEREVAN. – The Prosperous Armenia Party was directed by, and continues
to be dependent on, Serzh Sargsyan.

Karabakh War veteran, opposition Pre-Parliament initiative member
Jirair Sefilian wrote the aforesaid on his Facebook account.

“There is a widespread belief that Prosperous Armenia is a Russian
project, but I am convinced that this is not so. Prosperous Armenia
was directed by, and continues to be dependent on, the person who
today occupies the seat of the president [of Armenia], [that is,]
Serzh Sargsyan, at present. I believe he succeeded in playing on two
wires–both the West and Kremlin–for long years.

“[But] not pinning any hope on these processes, our people will have
to realize that the way out of the situation is forming a parallel
authority outside the current system, [and] by way of
self-organization,” Sefilian wrote, in particular.
