MANOYAN: ARMENIAN FOREIGN POLICY SHOULD CHANGE

Armenia’s foreign policy should change after the latest meeting of
the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, ARF-Dashnaktsutyun
Party representative Kiro Manoyan told journalists.

“Azerbaijan forgot about reality, presenting the desirable as the
negotiations’ outcome. It is time for Nagorno Karabakh to participate
in talks as a full-fledged party. The mediators should ensure this
process,” Manoyan said.

In his words, the mediators have so far hidden behind false parity
and they are thus promoting Azerbaijan’s policy.
