HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK: BALAYAN’S LETTER TO PUTIN IS OATH OF FAITHFULNESS TO RUSSIA

MP Nikol Pashinyan has published an article in Haykakan Zhamanak
about Zori Balayan’s letter to Vladimir Putin.

According to the author, the letter has several goals, one of which
is to take an oath of faithfulness to Russia after Armenia’s games
with Europe. Pashinyan thinks the letter shows that the Armenian
authorities lack the will to have an independent state.
