ZHOGHOVURD: VAZGEN KHACHIKIAN TO BE RELEASED UNDER AMNESTY

According to ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper, the upcoming amnesty will also
apply to the former head of Armenia’s State Social Security Service
Vazgen Khachikian and other people convicted in the criminal case of
embezzlement of funds. The paper notes that the matter concerns 20-30
persons, most of whom are members of the Republican Party of Armenia.
