STRATEGIC PROGRAM OF LEGAL AND JUDICIAL REFORMS OF ARTSAKH APPROVED

On 16 August President Bako Sahakyan signed an order on adopting
strategic program of legal and judicial reforms in the NKR for the
period of 2013-2017 as the list of events stipulated by the program.

According to the order a working operative group headed by NKR justice
minister Ararat Danielyan was formed to carry out the program.

NKR President’s order “On forming a working group” dated February 1,
2008 is recognized stale taking into account that the previous group
had realized the set tasks.
