CHORRORD INKINSHKHANUTYUN: SAMVEL SARGSYAN UNABLE TO GIVE EVIDENCE

A number of media outlets reported on Thursday that Samvel Sargsyan,
father of Harutyun Sargsyan, alleged murderer of the would-be
son-in-law of the Gyumri ex-mayor Vardan Ghykasyan, refused to give
evidence.

His wife refused the reports. She explained that Samvel Sargsyan was
unable to give evidence.

“If a person is unable to speak, how can he give evidence? His state
remains grave, and doctors officially informed detective of this,”
she said.
