WHO ANGERED HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan has missed more
meetings of parliament than the other members. He has never attended
any discussions of draft laws. This issue was brought up by Speaker
Hovik Abrahamyan during the meeting of parliament on May 2.

The speaker said then that those members of parliament who do not
attend the sessions will not receive their salaries and sent on
business trips. He ordered to release the record of absentees.

The website of the parliament reports which MPs regularly skip the
sessions of parliament.

PAP: Murad Guloyan, who is Tsarukyan’s relative, Grigory Margaryan,
David Kocharyan, Harutiun Gharagyozyan, Rustam Gasparyan, Abraham
Manukyan, Aragats Akhoyan.

Republicans: Samvel Alexanyan, Nahapet Gevorgyan, Mher Sedrakyan,
Sedrak Saroyan, Manvel Badeyan, Arkadi Hambardzumyan, Karen Karapetyan,
Ashot Aghababyan, Manvel Grigoryan, Arakel Movsisyan and Hamlet
Harutiunyan.

These MPs, even if they come to the National Assembly, the usually
leave immediately after the first minutes of sessions.
