ARMENIA’S ENFORCEMENT SERVICE OF JUDICIAL ACTS CONFISCATED OVER AMD 10BLN WITHIN 6 MONTHS

YEREVAN, July 12./ARKA/. Armenia’s Compulsory Enforcement Service of
Judicial Acts collected nearly 10.3 billion drams in confiscations
during the first six months of 2013, compared to 7.1 billion drams
a year earlier, the structure’s chief Mihran Poghosyan said yesterday.

Nearly 2.2 billion drams was confiscated for the budget, about 5.1
billion drams -for legal entities and around 1.1 billion drams -for
individuals, the Service’s press office reported Friday.

The Service initiated 56, 650 enforcement proceedings
within the first six months of 2013 against 51, 447 a
