Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, Aram I issued an address
congratulating Iran’s new President Hassan Rohani, IRIB reported.

The address says, in part, “We welcome your election as President of
the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We pray for God to grant you more wisdom, health and vigor in the
mission entrusted to you by the honest Iranian people.”
