The failure of the National Assembly to present a decision on 2012
annual report of Chamber of Control was ridiculous. It means, they
decided “to keep away from problems”. During June 14 briefing at the
National Assembly the leader of “Heritage” faction Rubik Hakobyan
said adding that at the end of the discussion, the faction will give
its assessment, when it comes out “what the aim of the report is”.

“I do not exclude that intrigues or games take place within the
authorities, but I this moment I want to abstain,” said R. Hakobyan

The secretary of the faction Zaruhi Postanjayan stressed that “if
the National Assembly is not a theater, and the document, which
is presented as a report to the Chamber of Control, it is not a
performance,” then all the faction leaders should sign it, and send
to the RA General Prosecutor, Chief of Police and the head of the
Special Investigation Service.

According to Z. Postanjyan, after that criminal cases should be
filed and various issues be presented in the court by the prosecutor,
for the protection of the state interests.
