BAKO SAHAKYAN HANDED IN GIFTS TO NKR SCHOOLCHILDREN, WON IN OLYMPIAD HELD IN REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

YEREVAN, JUNE 7, ARMENPRESS: The Artsakh Republic President Bako
Sahakyan received pupils from the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on June 7,
who won prizes and received certificates in the final stage of the
subject Olympiad among schoolchildren and their teachers held in the
Republic of Armenia.

As Armenpress was reported by the Central Information Department
of the Artsakh President’s Staff, the President Sahakyan handed in
valuable gifts and financial awards to the attendees, expressing
gratitude for their work. In his speech the President stressed that
the most important resource the Armenian nation possesses is its
intellectual potential, which is not only inexhaustible, but will
multiply and obtain new qualities in case of proper usage, adding
that it is also among the most reliable guaranties for the dynamic
economic development.

According to the President, the state will keep doing everything
possible to create a modern education system in Artsakh, which will
enable the younger generation to receive a high quality education
corresponding to the international standards.

The Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, the Prime Minister
Ara Harutyunyan and other officials participated in the event.
