SARDARAPAT MOVEMENT ISSUES STATEMENT

Dissatisfied with the public struggle policy pursued by Heritage
party leader Raffi Hovannisian, the Sardarapat movement has issued
a statement on rallies in Yerevan and Gyumri.

The movement has presented a roadmap of creating a state of new
quality.

The first step is forming the movement’s network throughout Armenia
and Nagorno-Karabakh.

The second step implies the formation of simultaneously working
governing bodies, constitutional justice bodies.

The third step is legitimizing the simultaneously working governing
bodies. The fourth step is removing the incumbent regime and forming
a provisional government.

The fifth step is forming a state of new quality, which would turn
Armenia into a subject, not an object, of government.
