GURGEN YEGHIAZARIAN: TIGRAN SARGSYAN WILL MAKE NUMEROUS MISTAKES

“The prime minister of our potato or cabbage country has been
re-appointed. We cannot say that Armenia is a banana country,” the
member of Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP) Gurgen Yeghiazarian
said at the meeting with reporters today, when responding to the
question “What will change in Armenia’s domestic political life
following the re-appointment of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan?”

“Serzh Sargsyan re-appointed Tigran Sargsyan above all so that
criticism could be leveled at the prime minister because he will make
numerous mistakes,” Yeghiazarian expressed an opinion.

When discussing the domestic political life and the situation in
the country, Gurgen Yeghiazarian said that he is not inclined to
say that “any person, including the epos expert, could have been
elected president”.

“As for activities of Raffi Hovannisian, I said even prior to the
presidential election that his path is one that leads to nowhere,”
Yeghiazarian said in conclusion.
