POPE FRANCIS SENDS A LETTER TO HIS HOLINESS ARAM I

Pope Francis has sent a letter to His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of
the Great House of Cilicia.

The Pope expressed gratitude to His Holiness for his cordiality and
love, which found expression in his presence at the inauguration
ceremony in Vatican.

“I’m deeply touched by this brotherly attitude, which is a source of
spiritual satisfaction and encouragement to me,” Pope Francis wrote.

We must work together in unity and cooperation for the sake of peace
in the world, and serve the poor, the weak and the vulnerable, the
Pope concluded.
