ARF DASHNAKTSUTYUN EXPLAINS ITS DECISION NOT TO JOIN RAFFI HOVANNISIAN

YEREVAN.- ARF Dashnaktsutyun has officially announced its position
on the proposal to join Raffi Hovannisian, ARFD representative said.

“If decisions, the consequences of which are difficult to predict,
are made without discussing them with ARF, we have no intention to
bear responsibility for the consequences of these decisions,” Arsen
Hambartsumyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Asked whether Raffi Hovannisian can lead the mass protests,
Hambartsumyan said that the greatest threat is disappointment.

“You can not afford letting a wave of discontent calm down. If people
experience another disappointment, this will mean that our country
will continue stagnating,” he said.
