PRESIDENT’S SPOKESMAN ON RAFFI HOVANNISIAN’S LETTER

The press secretary of the president Armen Arzumanyan issued
a statement in regard to Raffi Hovannisian’s letter to Serzh
Sargsyan. He underlined three points: president Serzh Sargsyan has
always been patient and constructive; 2. the proposal made in the
March 25 letter is still valid though the language of ultimatums
used at Freedom Square harms its modernity; 3 president’s meetings
are planned beforehand and are held at the office of the president.
