Constitutional Court to examine R. Hovannisian’s suit within 10 days

The Constitutional Court of Armenia will examine of the lawsuit of
former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian within ten days,
Aysor.am was informed by the Constitutional Court.

The campaign office of R. Hovannisian said yesterday that his
representatives will submit the application at 5:30 pm today.

According to the final results of the Central Election Commission,
Raffi Hovannisian took second place in the presidential election, but
he refuses to admit his defeat and demands `that the real results of
the choice that the Armenian people made in the February 18
presidential election should be recorded and stated and the fake
numbers released by CEC on February 25 should be declared invalid’.
