Raffi’s Rally in Gyumri: Everyone From North to South Must Resign

Civilnet informs that during today’s populous rally in Gyumri Raffi
Hovannisian announced, `Neither weather, nor anyone, whether an
oppositioner, a governor, a
mayor or any other official will take our victory away from us. We
have earned this victory, Gyumri is back, Shirak Marz is back.’
The citizen of Armenia will be the king of Armenia. Everyone from
north to south must resign. All the criminals must resign and be held
responsible, he said. `It’s
time the third president highly respected by me passes power to me,’ he said.
`We have won,’ he said, urging to be ready for a constitutional fight.
