VIDEO: UNACCREDITED INDIVIDUALS SUPERVISED OPERATION OF TWO ARTASHAT POLLING PECINTS

People with no right to be inside the 17/3 polling station in the
town of Artashat were illegally given that right by local precinct
committee head Arayik Poghosyan.

One of the infiltrators is Gegham Mirzoyan, seen in the accompanying
video freely moving about and barking out instructions to the local
committee and to Poghosyan.

He was organizing the flow of voters into the 17/3 precint and was
doing the same in the nearby 17/2 precinct where he was supervising
the actions of precinct committee head Hrach Hovhannisyan.

Two other individuals, Isahak Grigoryan and Zaven Arakelyan, were
also freely entering and exiting the two precincts.

They claimed to be Serzh Sargsyan proxies but offered no accreditation
and did not sign the registry.
