YEREVAN. – “Will [Prosperous Armenia Party Chairman] Gagik Tsarukyan
congratulate [President] Serzh Sargsyan [on his reelection into
office]? We attempted to verify [this] from Tsarukyan’s press
secretary, Iveta Tonoyan,” Hraparak daily writes, and continues:

“As it turned out, once again, ‘Gagik Tsarukyan is not in Armenia;
he is abroad, [and] that is why I have no information on whether or
not he will congratulate,’ [Tonoyan responded].

And did he leave Armenia intentionally so as not to congratulate? Much
later, we found out that Tsarukyan is in France.”
