AZERBAIJAN WILL NOT DARE TO DESTROY ARMENIAN AIRPLANES

YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan will not dare to destroy Armenian civil
aircrafts, Nagorno-Karabakh war hero, Major General Arkadi
Ter-Tadevosyan stated during a press conference on Friday.

“The talk about destroying the Armenian planes fling from [the
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) capital city] StepanakertAirport is
a babble,” Ter-Tadevosyan said. As per the General, the Azerbaijani
officials’ statements to this effect are merely a manifestation of
an anti-Armenian propaganda.

“Is it not true that the Azerbaijani aircrafts [, in their turn,]
fly over Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh? And what? Shall we begin
destroying, too?” Ter-Tadevosyan rhetorically asked.

As for the Azerbaijani party’s clarifications that this is not about
destroying but rather forced landing of the airplanes and that this is
a violation of the NKR airspace, Major General Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan
noted: “So, if they violate, we [, in our turn,] will strike.”
