PRIME MINISTER: NO ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES AGAINST TAXPAYERS

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan held a working meeting with the
leadership of State Revenue Committee on the amended Profit Tax Law
enforced since January 1, 2013. According to the amendment, tax agents
have to provide an electronic summary calculation (report) till the
20th day of the next month. Technical issues relating to the work
of electronic governance systems of the Police and the State Revenue
Committee were caused by the high number of reports. Prime Minister
instructed not to use administrative measures against taxpayers who
provided reports after the deadline.
