iditord.or informs that violations have been recorded in 34/06 ballot
area, positioned in Gyumri’s 41st school. According to the
information, representatives of `Gyumri-Asbarez’ saw that 2
representatives of one of the observing groups were sending list
numbers of voters, standing in front of the register moderators via
sms.
