Karabakh settlement `a million dollar question’ – EuFoA chief

February 17, 2013 – 18:23 AMT

PanARMENIAN.Net – The Secretary General of European Friends of Armenia
(EuFoA) expects no change in Karabakh settlement-related situation
after presidential elections in either Armenia of Azerbaijan.
As Michael Kambeck told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, `Actually, Baku’s
having no clear position further unified Armenians. The fact, of
course contradicts to Azeri interests, similarly to heroization of
axe-killer Safarov, Eurovision song contest in Baku and persecutions
of author Aylisli.’
`The whole world is aware of Baku polices, which follow the suit of
Gaddafi in his last years of rule. That can hardly be called a
strategy, but rather, empty statements,’ Kambeck said, calling
Karabakh settlement issue a `million dollar question.’

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
