Karabakh Defense Army warns of increased border tension

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s Defense Army has expressed concerns
over increased tension on the Line of Contact.

It has said in a statement, the frontline subdivisions of the
Azerbaijani army violated the ceasefire across the border throughout
the night.

Intensive violations were particularly observed in the northern,
eastern and south-eastern sections of the borderline, with the enemy
releasing 500 gunshots in the direction of the Armenian border guards.

But a rapid response by the Defense Army’s frontline military units
has helped suppress the enemy’s activeness.
