`If it happens and official Ankara wants to sign these agreements
again, the terms will also be new’
Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. `If Ankara continues to delay the
ratification of the protocols, Yerevan will withdraw from the
documents signed with Turkey,’ said Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan
in his interview with `The Voice of Russia’.
According to him, if Turkey doesn’t ratify the documents, Armenia can
remove the issue on the ratification from the agenda and consider its
signature invalid: `If it happens and official Ankara wants to these
agreements again, new talks will be conducted, the terms will also be
new.’
Sargsyan said that he was in favor of Armenia-Turkey agreements on the
establishment of diplomatic relations signed in 2009.
The protocols signed in Zurich have not been approved by the
parliaments of the two countries yet.
