VAHAN HOVHANNISIAN “UNAWARE” OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

“Zhoghovurd” daily asked yesterday the parliamentary deputy of
ARFD faction Vahan Hovhannisian to express his opinion about the
presidential election in Armenia.

“Is there such a thing as a presidential election now? I have heard
for the first time that such a process is currently going on,” Vahan
Hovhannisian replied humorously.
