Yesterday, the Service of Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts
tried to arrest the property of Skizb Media Center and 1in lratvakan
companies. They were sued by the representative of the second
president Robert Kocharyan and his son Sedrak Kocharyan. They demand
that these companies refute the information harming the dignity of the
applicants. Kocharyan claims a compensation of 5 million plus arrest
of property. The court will make a decision today. Skizb Media
Center’s lawyer says the demand to arrest assets has been dismissed.
Note that the Kocharyan family thinks their dignity was harmed by the
article published in 2006 which holds Robert Kocharyan personally
controlled the privatization of Yerevan’s Nairit Chemical plant and
