Opposition Rep Of Armenia’s Constitution: ‘Insuperable Obstacle’ Needs Complementary Concept Of ‘Unexpected Impetus’

The concept of “insuperable obstacle” in Armenia’s Constitution needs a
complement, “an unexpected impetus,” Aghvan Vardanyan, Secretary of the
Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), told Tert.am.

With respect to the presidential candidate Paruir Hairikyan’s final
decision against applying to Armenia’s Constitutional Court for
postponing the presidential election, Mr Vardanyan said: “We have
expressed our opinion of the upcoming election. Nothing will change
regardless of whether they are postponed or not.”
