Documentary video clip of singer Anna Khachatryan’s `Kilikia’ is out (VIDEO)

YEREVAN. – The video clip of renowned Armenian singer Anna
Khachatryan’s song `Kilikia’ – which is Armenian for Cilicia – is now
posted on YouTube.

The television debut of the video will be on January 28. Its director,
Khachik Yegoyan, described it as a `documentary.’

`The song `Kilikia’ has a special value for me because I received the
first award of my life for it, [and] since many have performed this
song. We made it a documentary. I am not [appearing] in the clip at
all; solely my voice is heard.

The video was shot in Cilicia; in our ancestral land. We shot [into
video] everything Armenian that we found; the fortress, the Armenian
inscriptions on the walls. I hope the audience will like it,’ Anna
Khachatryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am STYLE.
