MEAT OUTPUT IN ARMENIA GROWS 3.6% TO 48087.9 TONS IN JAN-NOV 2012

YEREVAN, January 9. /ARKA/. Some 48087.9 tons of meat, including that
processed by farms, were produced in Armenia over a period between
January and November 2012 – 3.6% year-on-year growth, the National
Statistical Service of Armenia reports.

According to the statistical report, 410.7 tons of meat semi-prepared
products were released in the country in Jan-Nov 2012 against 425.5
tons at the same period a year before – 3.5% decline.

Meat products, including sausage products, produced for eleven months
of 2012 totaled 4159.2 tons – 5.7% year-on-year growth. -0-
