Based on the revelations appearing in a December 4 Hetq article

, the Lori Public Prosecutor has filed criminal charges against the
former Shnogh Village Mayor Haykaz Kochinyan for suspicious financial
dealings while in office.

Prosecutor Armen Shiroyan has promised to keep Hetq informed of
developments.
