DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST NOTARIES

According to the orders of the RA Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan
disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against the notaries of
the Vagharpshapat and Kotayk notarial districts Avet Aleqyan and
Nune Manucharyan.

The issues raised in the application presented to the RA Minister of
Justice by the citizen Lida Hakobyan on contesting the lawfulness of
the notary’s actions in connection with the donation agreement on real
estate granted by the notary of the Vagharshapat notarial district Avet
Aleqyan, the examination held by the Legality Surveillance Inspection
Department of the RA MJ and the reference provided consequently, as
well as the report of the Head of the Legality Surveillance Inspection
Department N. Panosyan served as a basis for initiating disciplinary
proceedings against A. Aleqyan.

The reference provided by the Legality Surveillance Inspection
Department of the RA MJ with regard to the results of the lawfulness
of the actions of the notary between 01.09.2011-01.09.2012, as well
as the report of the Head of the Legality Surveillance Inspection
Department N. Panosyan served as a basis for initiating disciplinary
proceedings against Nune Manucharyan.
