Another Armenian was killed in explosion in Damascus, Syria, Tigran
Balayan, Spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, told ArmInfo.

Fadi Polo, had dual citizenship: in Armenia and Syria.

The Syrian political crisis began in March 2011 and spiraled into a
civil war between the authorities and the Syrian Free Army. Thousands
were killed, with hundreds having become refugees.

To recall, the Armenian community in Syria numbers 60,000-80,000
people by unofficial data.
