RAFFI HOVHANNISYAN TO SET OFF TO BAKU TODAY

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Leader of “Heritage” party Raffi Hovhannisyan
will leave for Baku today where he will make a speech at the General
Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties
(ICAPP) due to be held on November 22-23.

After Raffi Hovhannisyan initially refused to take part in the
forum, the ICAPP leadership agreed to ensure him equal conditions
for participation in the forum held under “Security, Peace and
Reconciliation in Asia” title, pres service of “Heritage” reports.
