YEREVAN.- Armenia’s draft 2013 state budget submitted by the government
is not an election move, Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov said during
the parliamentary debate on Wednesday.

He stressed that the bill has no populist elements unlike the
opposition representative’s statements in the parliament.

“The opposition is criticizing, while the government is working. It
is not a budget of our dreams. We dream and wish to have more, but
this budget is realistic,” he emphasized, adding it is impossible to
solve all the problems immediately.
