ACCUMULATIVE PENSION SYSTEM IS EMBEZZLEMENT OF STATE FUNDS, HRANT BAGRATYAN SAYS

The accumulative pension system is nothing else but a bright example
of embezzlement of state funds, according to Hrant Bagratyan, member
of Armenian National Congress (HAK) parliamentary faction. He voiced
this opinion at the four-day parliamentary session that started
this morning.

Mr Bagratyan urged those present to take into account his assessment
of the issue.

“Remember one thing: it is easy to throw a stone into a pit but it
is very difficult to take it out of there,” he added.
